Autonomous Hybrid Reverse Osmosis unit for seawater
The seawater desalination unit is driven by a hybrid power supply system consisting of 4 kWp photovoltaic system, a small wind generator of 900 W, a battery bank, charge controllers and two inverters of 1.5 kW and 4 kW, respectively. 
The seawater reverse osmosis unit has a product water capacity of 130 lt hourly. In order to examine the performance of the unit and record keeping, analogue instruments of 4-20mA output are included. Τhe data is recorded in a software programme.
